Shipping policy

DELIVERY & TRACKING

We offer international shipping to most countries; however, we are unable to ship to all locations due to logistical restrictions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please email customerservice@lexxola.com.

At checkout you will receive specific shipping times for your region, however estimated times and shipping companies can be found below;

United Kingdom: DPD (1-2 working days) or Royal Mail (2-3 working days)

United States: UPS (1-5 working days)

Europe: DPD or Royal Mail (2-5 working days)

ROW: DPD or DHL (2-5 working days)

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent a tracking link via email.

Order Fulfilment

Orders placed before 3 PM UK time will be dispatched the same day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For orders placed after 3 PM, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Pre-Orders

If you have placed a pre-order, please refer to the product description on the product page for dispatch details.

Duties and Taxes 

Lexxola covers taxes and duties for all orders shipping to the United Kingdom and Australia (up to AUD$1000 order value). 

US orders will ship from our US warehouse, and will not be subject to any duties or taxes.

All other international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Taxes and duties are non refundable should you wish to return your item.
