Orders

Sorry! We are unable to cancel orders after the order has been placed as orders process through our system immediately. If you ordered an item that you do not want, you can request a return or exchange via customerservice@lexxola.com.

Styles may sell out fast, to avoid disappointment you can enter your email / phone number on the product page and we will notify you as soon as it’s back.

Shipping

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please be aware it may take around 24hrs for this email to arrive in your inbox, or slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend. 

United Kingdom: DPD (1-2 working days)

United States: DHL (2-3 working days)

Europe: UPS (2-5 working days)

ROW: UPS (3-5 working days)

At checkout you will receive specific shipping times for your region, however estimated times can be found below. 

United Kingdom: 1-2 business days.

United States: 2-3 business days. 

Central Europe: 2-5 business days. 

Australia: 3-5 business days.

Asia: 3-5 business days.

Rest of World: 3-5 business days

Lexxola covers taxes and duties for all orders shipping to the UK, US and Australia.

For European customers, most orders will be subject to a customs payment set by your local authority.

For all other international orders, we ship DDU. This means it is the customers responsibility to pay any custom fees set by your local authority, please note these are non-refundable payments.

Taxes and duties are non refundable should you wish to return your item.

Expected dispatch dates for pre-orders are listed under the product specifications on the product page, alternatively email us at customerservice@lexxola.com and we will update you.

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to unpaid duties / taxes or an incorrect address, you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders placed between 1st December 2023 and 25th December 2023 are eligible for returns until 5 January 2024, to account for any holiday gifting.

If your Black Friday Affair purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to confirm your return or exchange.

Black Friday Sale orders that are returned, are subject to refund in the form of a store credit, gift card or product exchange, but no refund on the original payment method.

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your credit note, exchange or refund. Return labels are at your own cost and the pricing depends on carrier service and location.

Please note: worn glasses and/or incomplete orders are not eligible for a refund and/or exchange.

Hot City Sale orders that are returned, are subject to refund in the form of a store credit, gift card or product exchange, but no refund on the original payment method.

We are so sorry to hear this! We use the highest quality materials and techniques to build your frames, however should the unfortunate circumstance of a faulty item occur please contact us at customerservice@lexxola.com immediately upon receipt with photographs of the defects. We will endeavour to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Product

Yes! All our glasses offer 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays. 

We use bio-acetate, a recent triumph that makes biodegradable frames a reality. Our metal frames are made from surgical grade steel. 

Yes! Take your frames to your optometrist and they will be able to switch the lenses for your prescription.

Sustainability

We use 100% Bio Acetate, a recent triumph in sustainability making biodegradable frames a reality. Our manufacturing is powered by green energy, it mitigates waste through dynamic production and packages using 100% recycled materials.

Bio-acetate is a sustainable version of acetate which makes no compromise on quality. It is made from renewable materials and biodegrades after only 115 days.
