We offer free shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada Australia and Germany*

*For orders to Germany, please be aware that orders are dispatched on a DDU-basis.

Sorry! We are unable to cancel orders after the order has been placed as orders process through our system immediately. If you ordered an item that you do not want, you can request a return or exchange via customerservice@lexxola.com.

Sorry! We are unable to change any part of your order (product, address etc) once it has been placed as we dispatch immediately. If you wish to change your product/address on a pre-order, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@lexxola.com) to be assisted.

Styles may sell out fast, to avoid disappointment you can enter your email / phone number on the product page and we will notify you as soon as it’s back.

We accept all credit and debit cards (including AMEX), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay

For UK customers we have Klarna, so you can pay in 3 instalments or pay in 30 days. We are currently working on having this available globally. Click here for more information about paying with Klarna

Lexxcoin is our version of a gift-card. It’s value is equivalent to normal currency, so if you purchase 100(LEXX) this will cost £100 and you will have £100 to spend on our website.

SHIPPING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please be aware it may take around 24hrs for this email to arrive in your inbox, or slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend. 

All UK orders are shipped via DPD. All International orders are shipped via DPD or DHL depending on your region. We always use tracked shipping services.

Yes! We ship to all countries except from Russia.

Whilst we make every effort to stick to these deadlines please be aware that they are estimates and unexpected factors such as Covid-19 and global supply chain challenges may cause delays.

UK orders take approximately 1-2working days.

US orders take approximately 7 working days.

International orders take approximately 5-8 working days.

If you are in the United Kingdom, we can deliver to a PO Box, residential or business address. If you are an international customer, we can only ship to residential or business addresses.

Orders to the UK ship free of duties. Orders to the US and AUS ship free of duties, as long as the total order value is below 700 USD/AUD. European and International orders are shipped DDU and therefore you may receive an email from the shipping company with an invoice that must be paid in order to release your order from customs. These costs must be paid by the customer, and if refused, Lexxola has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

The Government of Jersey charges 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on most goods and services supplied in Jersey for local use, including imports. As part of the local regulations, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it can be delivered. Please expect the invoice to be received from your carrier via the post or email.

BIRTHDAY SALE + MEGA HOT CITY SALE + 20/40 SALE

The ‘Birthday Sale’ promotions starts on Wednesday 27 July (the ‘start date’) and will close on 3 August 2022.

The ‘20/40 Sale’ promotions starts on Friday 1 July at 8 PM BST (the ‘start date’) and will close on Friday 8 July at 6 PM BST.

The ‘Mega Hot City Sale’ promotions will begin Thursday 2 June at 4 PM BST (the ‘start date’) and will close on Monday 6 June at 4 PM BST.

The Mega City Sale is a site-wide promotion and offers up to 60% off on all styles and colours available. 

Discounts will only be valid during this time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion, or be applied retrospectively.

Discounts can’t be stacked. No other discount codes can be used during the Mega City Sale period.

Exceptions for specific promotions communicated during the Mega City Sale are valid during the duration of the promotion only.

Due to the peak in orders, orders may take up to 48 business hours to be processed before shipping. Once dispatched, your order and tracking will be confirmed via email.

Lexxola product prices are as shown on the website. Discounts range from 30-60% and original prices are shown on the product page. 

All purchases are ‘first come, first serve’, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first. 

During the Mega Hot City Sale, Lexxola won’t be able to hold on to any products. We want everyone to have an equal opportunity to participate.

LEXXOLA is unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

LEXXOLA does not offer sale price adjustments on items purchased prior to the commencement date of a sale.

Free Worldwide Express Shipping beyond the nominated countries come with minimum threshold of 2 items in cart.

We are so sorry to hear this! We use the highest quality materials and techniques to build your frames, however should the unfortunate circumstance of a faulty item occur please contact us at customerservice@lexxola.com immediately upon receipt with photographs of the defects. We will endeavour to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Yes! All our glasses offer 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays. 

We use bio-acetate, a recent triumph that makes biodegradable frames a reality. Our metal frames are made from surgical grade steel. 

Yes! Take your frames to your optometrist and they will be able to switch the lenses for your prescription.

We’re proud to be a certified carbon neutral company as of 2022, but we’re constantly striving to do better and are committed to cutting our carbon footprint, whenever new resources become available.

We use 100% Bio Acetate, a recent triumph in sustainability making biodegradable frames a reality. Our manufacturing is powered by green energy, it mitigates waste through dynamic production and packages using 100% recycled materials.

Bio-acetate is a sustainable version of acetate which makes no compromise on quality. It is made from renewable materials and biodegrades after only 115 days.

Being certified carbon neutral means we are committed to lowering our emissions year on year and as part of this, we balance out our carbon emissions by donating the equivalent amount to offsetting projects around the world.

We offset with two projects, a Gold Standard wind project and a Verra CCVA forestry project. We are certified by One Two Zero.
