About You

We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic and driven individual, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. We work collaboratively on many projects so it is essential to be a proactive self-starter who is ambitious about the future. In addition to this, working independently and being able to improvise in new situations is imperative to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the company. 

Responsibilities will include; conceptualising and creating engaging content for TikTok,  coordinating and assisting on shoots and posting and upkeep on all our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest). We need a creative mindset that is brimming with ideas on how to engage with our global community, in the Lexxola tone of voice. Confidence is key, you’ll be the face of our TikTok and a strong communicator. 

We’d like you to have a minimum of two years work experience, preferably within a startup or another ecommerce brand. Being part of a small team in a fast-growing company requires a strong, proactive work ethic - rewarded with quick growth opportunities and a competitive salary. 

Key Responsibilities

- Creating engaging and viral content for TikTok

- Overseeing all social channels; Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest

- Conceptualising creative ideas 

- Organising and coordinating all operations ahead of shoots

About You

An analytical mindset is essential for this role, you’re a problem solver with a logical attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit. Being highly organised is imperative, you’ll be responsible for arranging critical shipments, stock management and wholesale orders. You’ll also be responsible for our community; responding to customer enquiries via email and issuing returns/exchanges.

This role requires a minimum of two years work experience, ideally in a startup environment. Being part of a small team in a fast-growing company requires a strong, proactive work ethic - rewarded with quick growth opportunities and a competitive salary. 

Key Responsibilities

- Handling day-to-day enquiries, messages and concerns from customers over live chat and email.

- Delivering exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to support our customers and community.

- Prepare direct-to-consumer and B2B logistics when required 

- Perform monthly operational reports including Customer Service and Operations highlighting trends and improvements.  

- Collaborate with Head of Operations to develop and implement stock strategy based on projected demand, growth and special projects 

- Confident in sharing ideas to support the business and create efficient best practices both internally and externally 

- Collaborate with Operations team on ad hoc projects

About You

Tasks

- Propose graphic creative concepts in collaboration with creative lead.

- Work with marketing to create visually exciting campaigns.

- Repackage artworks for delivery across a range of marketing platforms.

- Build creative proposals and pitches.

- Design out-of-home marketing campaigns.

- Ad hoc product design work.

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and at pace.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop.

- A creative eye with respect for brand guidelines.

- Video editing experience.

- Passion for design and typography.

- Strong design portfolio.

- Strong communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels.

- Self-motivation, team spirit and a positive can-do attitude. 

- Able to manage time effectively and manage multiple projects.

- Strong organisational and project management skills.

- Work well in a team and under deadlines with a sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables.

Preferable

- Agency experience.

- Interest in Fashion / Retail / E-commerce.
