ORDERS & RETURNS

We offer free shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada Australia and Germany*

*For orders to Germany, please be aware that orders are dispatched on a DDU-basis.

To place an order, you must add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Worldwide Shipping

Lexxola offers worldwide shipping*. Our current courier partners ship worldwide using DHL, DPD and Royal Mail depending on your location. 

*With recent global supply chain disruptions, Covid-19, Brexit and peak seasons may be causing shipping delays. Whilst shipping days below are relevant estimations, your order is always tracked, providing accurate transit times.

UK within 1-2 business days (DPD UK)

USA within 5-8 business days (DPD)

Canada within 2-3 business days (DHL Express)

Middle East within 2-4 business days (DHL Express)

Central Europe* within 5 -7 business days (DPD, DHL)

Rest of Europe within 8 business days (DPD) (DHL Express for Nordics)

Asia & ROW within 5 business days (DHL Express and DPD)

*Central Europe includes: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Portugal, Lithuania and Monaco

We are currently unable to ship to PO Box and APO addresses for orders outside the United Kingdom.

EU Orders and Brexit (Including Ireland)

Orders destined for countries in the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. If applicable, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it can be delivered. Please expect the invoice to sent from your carrier via the post or email.

Brexit Updates

Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional information to our delivery partners to receive your order as it passes through customs. Please see the specific requirements below:

Greece: You will be required to show Tax ID and proof of payment.

Italy: You will be required to show Tax ID to receive your items.

Portugal & Spain: You will be required to show a Receiver ID, Tax ID and proof of payment to receive your items.

International Orders

Import Duties for orders to the United States and Australia (up to USD/AUD 700) are covered. International orders might be subject to duties and taxes which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer, and if refused, Lexxola has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange. Exchanged products are shipped for free, but please note that return labels are at your own cost - pricing depends on carrier service and location.  Our team is able to provide the right tools for a smooth exchange. 

Simply follow the instructions below

1) Contact customerservice@lexxola.com with your order number as the subject title.

2) Tell us your name, the product name(s), and your desired exchange (or ask us for the latest recommendations). 

3)Pack the product in its original packaging securely and dispatch according to your return instructions.

4) On receipt of a return, we will check the product's condition (the product must be in its original condition). Once approved, we will dispatch your requested style with no additional costs. 

Your exchange will be processed within 15 days upon receipt, unless your requested exchange item is a pre-order. If your exchange is urgent, please contact us immediately.

Please note: If your item is faulty, let us know within 2 days of arrival. Faulty returns that are not highlighted as a defect, may be refused upon quality check. 

Returns Policy

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your credit note, exchange or refund. Please note that return labels are at own cost, pricing depends on carrier service and location. Our team is able to provide the right tools for a smooth return. 

Simply follow the instructions below

1) Contact customerservice@lexxola.com with your order number as the subject title.

2) Tell us your name, the product name(s), and the reason for return in your email. Please let us know if you wish to receive a credit note (gift card), exchange or refund to your original payment method.

3) Pack the product in its original packaging securely and dispatch according to your return instructions. Returns may be refused if not arrived in original condition. 

4) Please allow 15-20 business days upon receipt for your return to be processed accordingly.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Store credits will be emailed. Refunds exclude shipping and return costs.*

*'Sale' orders that are returned, are subject to refund in the form of a store credit, gift card or product exchange, but no refund on the original payment method.

Please note: If your item is faulty, let us know within 2 days of arrival. Faulty returns that are not highlighted as a defect, may be refused upon quality check. 

BIRTHDAY SALE + MEGA HOT CITY SALE + 20/40 SALE

The ‘Birthday Sale’ promotions starts on Wednesday 27 July (the ‘start date’) and will close on 3 August 2022.

The ‘20/40 Sale’ promotions starts on Friday 1 July at 8 PM BST (the ‘start date’) and will close on Friday 8 July at 6 PM BST.

The ‘Mega Hot City Sale’ promotions took place between Thursday 2 June at 4 PM BST (the ‘start date’) and will close on Monday 6 June at 4 PM BST.

Discounts will only be valid during this time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion, or be applied retrospectively.

Discounts can’t be stacked. No other discount codes can be used during the Mega City Sale period.

Exceptions for specific promotions communicated during the Mega City Sale are valid during the duration of the promotion only. 

The Mega City Sale offers are only valid on www.lexxola.com

Due to the peak in orders, orders may take up to 48 business hours to be processed before shipping. Once dispatched, your order and tracking will be confirmed via email.

Lexxola product prices are as shown on the website. Discounts range from 30-60% and original prices are shown on the product page. 

All purchases are ‘first come, first serve’, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first. 

During the Mega Hot City Sale, Lexxola won’t be able to hold on to any products. We want everyone to have an equal opportunity to participate.

LEXXOLA is unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

LEXXOLA does not offer sale price adjustments on items purchased prior to the commencement date of a sale.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover and Diners Club cards + Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

Lexxcoin is not cryptocurrency, it is synonymous with store credit / gift-card.

Returns of items purchased with Lexxcoin will be refunded as store credit. If the return is of an online purchase you will receive a virtual copy of the coin, with the updated balance on it, together with the email confirming the refund.

Please note that gift coins are not eligible for cash refund.If you have purchased partially with gift coin and a bank/credit card method, we will refund the exact amount paid on both of the original payment methods.

Our website permits multi-currency shopping for USD, CAD, AUD, EUR and GBP. Purchasing in your local currency is dependant on your geo location, or can be adjusted via a drop down on the top right of the web page. Prices listed on the site are final.

We use the highest quality materials and techniques to build your frames, however should the unfortunate circumstance of a faulty item occur please contact us at customerservice@lexxola.comimmediately upon receipt with photographs of the defects. We will endeavour to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
