Sale Periods

If your City Sale purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to confirm your return or exchange.

City Sale orders that are returned, are subject to refund in the form of a store credit, gift card or product exchange, but no refund on the original payment method.

If your Last Chance purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to confirm your return or exchange.

Last Chance orders that are returned, are subject to refund in the form of a store credit, gift card or product exchange, but no refund on the original payment method.

Orders & Returns

To place an order, you must add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Worldwide Shipping

Lexxola offers worldwide shipping with DHL express and DPD (for UK shipments only).

At checkout you will receive specific shipping times for your region, however estimated times can be found below. 

UK: 1-2 business days.

US & Canada: 1-3 business days. 

Central Europe: 1-2 business days. 

Australia: 3-5 business days.

Asia: 3-5 business days.

Middle East: 2-3 business days.

Lexxola covers taxes and duties for all orders shipping to the United Kingdom, United States (up to $800 order value) and Australia (up to AUD$1000 order value). 

For orders to Europe

Countries that are members of the European Union and use the Euro share the same de minimis thresholds and follow these rules:

- VAT and Duty is charged regardless of the value of goods.

For all other international orders, we ship DDU. This means it is the customers responsibility to pay any custom fees set by your local authority, please note these are non-refundable payments. 

Taxes and duties are non refundable should you wish to return your item. 

Returns Policy

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your credit note, exchange or refund. Please note that return labels are at own cost, pricing depends on carrier service and location. Our team is able to provide the right tools for a smooth return. 

Please note: Worn, stained, marked sunglasses and/or incomplete returned orders are not eligible for refund/exchange.

If you experience quality issues with your order, please directly contact customerservice@lexxola.com, providing a video/photo.

Simply follow the instructions below

1) Contact customerservice@lexxola.com with your order number as the subject title.

2) Tell us your name, the product name(s), and the reason for return in your email. Please let us know if you wish to receive a credit note (gift card), exchange or refund to your original payment method.

3) Pack the product in its original packaging securely and dispatch according to your return instructions. Returns may be refused if not arrived in original condition. 

4) Please allow 15-20 business days upon receipt for your return to be processed accordingly.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Store credits will be emailed. Refunds exclude shipping and return costs.*

Please note: If your item is faulty, let us know within 2 days of arrival. Faulty returns that are not highlighted as a defect, may be refused upon quality check. 

Any orders returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or unpaid duties/taxes, are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchange Policy

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange. Exchanged products are shipped for free, but please note that return labels are at your own cost - pricing depends on carrier service and location.  Our team is able to provide the right tools for a smooth exchange. 

Simply follow the instructions below

1) Contact customerservice@lexxola.com with your order number as the subject title.

2) Tell us your name, the product name(s), and your desired exchange (or ask us for the latest recommendations). 

3)Pack the product in its original packaging securely and dispatch according to your return instructions.

4) On receipt of a return, we will check the product's condition (the product must be in its original condition). Once approved, we will dispatch your requested style with no additional costs. 

Your exchange will be processed within 15 days upon receipt, unless your requested exchange item is a pre-order. If your exchange is urgent, please contact us immediately.

Please note: If your item is faulty, let us know within 2 days of arrival. Faulty returns that are not highlighted as a defect, may be refused upon quality check.

Payments

Returns of items purchased with a Lexxola gift card will be refunded as store credit. If the return is of an online purchase you will receive a virtual copy of the card, with the updated balance on it, together with the email confirming the refund.

Please note that gift cards are not eligible for cash refund. If you have purchased partially with gift card and a bank/credit card method, we will refund the exact amount paid on both of the original payment methods.

Our website permits multi-currency shopping for all locations. Purchasing in your local currency is dependant on your geo location, or can be adjusted via a drop down on the top right of the web page. Prices listed on the site are final.

Product

We use the highest quality materials and techniques to build your frames, however should the unfortunate circumstance of a faulty item occur please contact us at customerservice@lexxola.com immediately upon receipt with photographs of the defects. We will endeavour to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

We’re proud to be a certified carbon positive company as of 2022, but we’re constantly striving to do better and are committed to cutting our carbon footprint, whenever new resources become available.

We use 100% Bio Acetate, a recent triumph in sustainability making biodegradable frames a reality. Our manufacturing is powered by green energy, it mitigates waste through dynamic production and packages using 100% recycled materials.
